I'm not going to say people with a disgusting personality because frankly that is not what ugly means and anyone who says it is is just tryingg to appear to be a wonderful person. Ugly means someone youu don't find physically attractive. That said, once you get to know someone they can appear more beautiful or more ugly to you based on their personality. It's a proven fact that when you love someone you look past their appearanc.
