You can't tell people what animals they can and can't eat really, but in countries like China they steal pet Cats and Dogs, torture them for a bit and then eat them.
Now tell me how that isn't wrong?
And anyway as long as Obama didn't have one of the cases where he ate someone else's Cat or Dog then his fine imo.
