In most circumstances, no. If you're desperate, piss behind a bush, really. I don't really want to see someone's dick churning out water when I'm walking down the road with a fag in my mouth.

Yeah, bad "habits" like that are usually a result of poor parental upbringing, a poor education, too much alcohol or just sheer laziness .....

The culprits should be put in the stocks for a week and left to stew in their own "juices" .....

Urgh! no way ever its uncivilised and unsanitary in the city centre. However if I were travelling and it was a desolate countryside road and I was miles and miles from a loo I might.
