You need to learn how the body works and how hot drinks have the effect of cooling. It's very basic really. Why on earth do you think nationals in hot countries drink hot drinks such as black tea - coffee etc. It causes the body to perspire; ie: causes moisture on the outside of the skin. that moisture contains heat from the body... as it evaporates in the air - so too does some of that excess body heat. Like I say: pretty basic stuff.
