this set off alarm bells for me. No American would ever say "we've got the lot" or "at the last count". It's just not a phrase that any Americans use, especially not Texans. An American would say "we've got everything" and "last time we checked". This interview seems to be highly edited and changed. It's the DM though, so what should you expect?
