That being said, it's easier to like an attractive housemate I suppose so subcontiously it may be playing a role. For example, if Nikki wasn't so cute, people may have not found the tantrums funny, or if John James had not been attractive, people may have been less tolerant of his antics towards women.

I think that's 100% true. It's kind of like how parents subconsciously treat cute children better than ugly ones. It's a sad fact but not one you can really blame people for, it's just the way it is.
