If one housemate has a birthday party then all housemates should have a birthday party.

I think under the circumstances what BB did for Shives was plenty. They were after all on survival rations and in the middle of a task, if they had a party, there would be complaints about them getting extra food. She got a message from home and a cake, Im not sure what else she expected
