What still bothers me about this whole issue is that his apology was to BB not to Deana, and I know she didnt heard what he ranted about but he should've just said, "Deana Im sorry I have been mean to you, I promise it wont happen again" and be done with it.

Indeed. He has apologised to Big Brother for breaking the house rules on hatecrime, and he's apologised to Scott and Becky for having accidentally intimidated them in the course of events. He seems to feel that his intense dislike for Deana somehow absolves him of the need to apologise to Deana, even though the basis of his dislike appears to be along the lines of his spidey senses having informed him that Deana is untrustworthy ... or something along those lines. But if he did swallow his ego and apologise to Deana, I would readily forgive him. I'm not holding my breath, mind.
