Danica represents what is in effect the "acceptable face of prostitution". Young girls feeding the fantasies of lonely men for money. Because she doesn't have full sex does not mean she is not prostituting herself. Because she is not a drug-addled streetwalker turning tricks for blokes in cars, she is still on the same scale as every other women who accepts payments for sex acts, and that includes showing her bits to someone while they wank. Trying to make her out like she's some innocent is a little naive.

What about Rihanna? What about any number of female pop stars who write around suggestively in their promotional videos?

I wasn't really jibing you, just a little gentle piss-taking. It's what happens on here... in a friendly way. And there is nothing about my post which is "stupid".

Anyhoo, I said "the acceptable FACE of prostitution". And no, posing naked in lads mags, and writing around in music videos is not the same thing unless they say,"you can only watch this if you send me a present".

I did my dissertation on the Obscenities Act focusing particularly on women working in the sex industry. No one doing what Danica does for a living is ever going to be prosecuted, but it doesn't mean she isn't prostituting herself for gain.

I have no idea.

For a few quid you can get a cam girl somewhere in the world to do all manner of things in front of her computer, add to that the infinite amount of free porn online and it boggles the mind.

I can only assume that the men are not into the hardcore girls and not particularly into the coarse stuff because of their age, and it comes down more to companionship.

Even though it is an illusion, much in the same way paying for a XXX cam girl to do something is an illusion.

She has definitely found a very profitable niche though.

I imagine it is partially down to her quite natural "girl next door looks" too, Danica doesn't look much like the stereotypical glamour girl caked in make up.
