Suppy and demand, if people didn't want mega meals then they wouldn't provide them.
Establishments would be saving themselves a fortune too if they didn't pander to the overeaters. Let them go out and buy more food if thats what they want to do, businesses don't have a duty of care to chubbers  And I didn't say ALL Americans overeat did I? Cheers for the nutritional info, appreciated.
