Isn't it usually the case though, that it's the women that want everything to be just perfect for Christmas, and that men would quite happily buy and wrap everything at the last minute? I mean, when you walk around the shops at Christmas, it's not exactly packed with men fiddling around with all the fripperies that have become essential items at Christmas because it's women who buy them. When was the last time a straight man bought a packet of glittery table confetti, or a set of matching Christmas napkin rings?
