They have to sign in and out and if they need to see a child, we need parental permission, the child has to recognise the person, etc. I don't understand why the kid didnt say anything.. He must have been upset for the parents to complain. I'd be really upset if my kid had been taken away from school with a stranger. Even if this person was a social worker, it could easily have not been. It may be just a simple mistake, but it's something that could easily have been prevented.
