For those who wish not to take part, it's quite easy:

1) Opt-out
2) Don't step into of the Razzie threads

That way you're playing no part in them, have no idea what's going on in them and so as such don't need to worry about them. If you don't like them, then distance yourself from them and leave everyone else who does like them free to do as they wish. Nobody's forcing you to take part, and so I don't see why you should force, or indeed encourage for that matter, others to join you.
