well as more about the story emerges it appears it's the DM who have shot themselves in the foot....he posted anonymously but was outed by the DM. He resigned thereby ensuring he gets his full final salary pension which the DM states would be up to 30,000 (if he was sacked he would not get his pension) and the DM are not happy oops...
