She got everything right.. there's no guessing with this woman. She's quite grumpy too apparently.. if you don't take what she's saying, she just moves on without probing further.
She told my sis she had a paul who had died in a carcrash, my sis said she couldn't think who thst could be, and the woman snapped at her "well he's here so I can assure you you know him"
We had a family friend who died in a crash about 8 years ago.. my sis just hadn't thought about him in a while and didnt know him as well as my mum and I did.
