I really dont see how you could say that. Hazel has no reason to be jealous of Charlie. She has no sexual interest in any of the guys and just has a good friendship with Dan. Hazel and Charlie have become quite close. They are both stunning girls with a different look and I see nothing whatsover to indicate that one would be jealous of the other.
