I didn't need to mention one of the twins has turned against Wolfy or indeed Gina and Dexter as it is obvious that Gina and Dexter didn't like her before the chanting but since the chanting "Get Wolfy Out" Spohie and one of the twins don't seem to be too keen on her. Dan, hearing the chanting and who already disliked her before, confirms in his mind that the public can see what he sees in Wolfy, etc.
