It could be something as simple as maybe Gina's father was tempted away from her mother by a homewrecking slut like Hazel. Did that even enter your mind ?
Seems like a very likely explanation to me and if this was the case then you could hardly blame Gina for feeling this way.
Hazel isn't a very nice person anyway and i don't think Gina was mad on her from the start but her real hatred of her didn't start until Hazel started acting the *****. And like Vicky said, Gina could have given Hazel far more horrible things to do when she was in the safehouse but she didn't. She gave her two pretty easy tasks but Hazel is targeting Gina in a much more vendictive and malicious way.
