wrong, the intention was humiliation........if you tried that on any female colleague at work, no one would see any fun in it , youd lose your job and probably end up in court.

The point is the law comes into play, due to the situation the person is in, and not just because someone pulled someones pants down, so it's a criminal offence. you haven't got a point either, you can't judge the situation and say well if you was at work and someone did it, its a criminal offence, this is a totally different situation, 2 people in one room, at night, everyone else is asleep, in the middle of something, she pulls his pants down, to either make a joke with that person who appears to be angry and try to make him realise it was just a laugh, or to gain some control in the situation, forget the live tv feed, which they aren't a where of whats being broadcast and whats not, at that time.

Really because I believe BB should have stepped in when he went outside to Hazel and told her BB had told her she had to go to bed.

She asked if that was true which he then swore it was on his kids lives when he was lying.

That should have sent off warning signs.

He was the one who forced her into the situation, she was outside talking to Charlie and he was the one who made her go to bed.

she was keeping him awake, again your bias chooses to ignore this. sleep deprivation is cruel and bullying. then she took his bed clothes, jumped on him and demanded hugs etc all designed to humiliate him and destroy his relationship outside. all factors you choose to ignore because youre biased

Sexual assault lol i have made my point the situation is completely different than the one you have gave. Live national tv, big brother isn't live 24/7 they know that, i know that, we all know that, we have a live show, for half an hour or an hour. At that moment in time when there arguing or playfully arguing i'm pretty sure there thoughts aren't on the cameras :S their alone, to them it may of felt being in the bedroom of there home, is that a criminal assualt to pull the pants down of my mrs at home in the bedroom, no it's not. had hazel and daley been flirting for the passed couple of weeks yes, did they have sex or at least a fumble under the covers the night before yes they did, so the whole situation has changed and this equals not a criminal offense, esp when they forget about the camera's at what ever time it was at night with the lights off.

Its not different at all. the law still applies. if you factor in the intention which was pulling his pants down, exposing his private parts to millions of viewers, designed to humiliate him and also his friends and families. the law and the intent are totally against what she did. why did big brother wait hours before issuing her a verbal warning for these actions? if they deemed it inappropriate then why didn't they call her in straight away? oh I forgot they deliberately waited until it escalated. shame on them
