He openly acknowledged the night before that his behaviour could be seen as offensive so that's all they needed.
He broke BB rules and there was no need to quote a confidential chat of such a sensitive subject to him which would make the man feel 100 times more enraged and confused after they left him spend the night with her.
They were out of order and handled the situation totally wrong.
