I wonder if it might not be the tone of the voice rather than the accent that grates. For instance the tone of Jemima's voice grated on me - her accent didn't. Sophie has a very lazy tone and she drawls her words as opposed to speaking them. Hazels tone is muffled at times and somewhat slurred at others. Charlie's voice is easy to listen to and understand. Dan has a squeaky tone sometimes. Sam's tone is somewhat muffled and needs careful listening. The twins have a childlike tone and so does Gina. Callum has a mono-tone...Dexter has a somewhat modulated tone. To my ears Charlie has the least grating tone and is therefore the easiest to listen to.
