After Daley assaulted her, some viewers were sympathetic. I feel bad for her for what happened to her in the safe house, however, I dislike her as a person, and that won't change just because something bad happened to her.

By "girl-code" do you mean the double standard that basically means a man can do what he wants but a woman has to be careful?.
