Dexter knows how to wind Callum up by blowing kisses, asking for cuddles etc.. The worst you could say about it is that Dexter's a wind up merchant

But at the same time there's no evidence to suggest Dexter does any of this stuff none of the HM's have seen it neither have the viewer from what I can tell .
