Big Brother is a gameshow, not a charity. No one automatically deserves to be the winner just because they're facing any kind of difficulty, whether they're blind, deaf, have no legs, have ears like a dogs - nothing. The winner should be the person who has best played the game, who has provided entertainment and done enough within the house to justify the title and prize fund. If we vote the bores as the winner just because they're having a hard time then future series will be duller than watching paint dry because they'll come to realise that all they have to do to win is sit around all day and don't get involved in anything.
