I ordered pizza, chips & a bottle of coke to be delivered a few weeks ago. Order came I took it off the guy without even really looking at him (I had paid online).
When I got indoors I realised I was minus the coke I had paid for. 5 mins before he came he called me for directions, so I had his mobile number. I rang him back and told him 'you forgot my coke'. I was expecting him to apologise and say no problem i'll go get it. He gave me a mouthful! 'What do you want me to do about it? You expect me to go back to the shop and then come back with your coke?' 'I will give it to you next time you order' I was passed being polite at this stage and shouted 'YES I EXPECT YOU TO BRING IT TO ME, I'VE PAID FOR IT!' along with some expletives, and he replied 'sorry, sorry, i'll go get it for you'.

Roughly 10 mins later he calls me back 'If you want your coke come and pick it up' I said 'right ok' and put the phone down. I then rang the main shop number to speak to the boss and give them a mouthful about their gobby employee.
The same bloke picks the phone up and I said 'Oh got back to the shop quick didn't you? Can I speak to your boss please?' He said 'yes of course i'll go get him'... few second pass and a voice comes on 'yes what is the problem please?' I start ranting at him and it clicks... it's the same bloke.

*Rage mode*

I just said 'look mate, bring me my ****ing bottle of coke that i've already paid for or i'm going to come to your shop and cause mayhem.' 5 mins later another phonecall - 'your coke is on your doorstep'. He had left the bottle there and ran off
