Muttering under his breath that someone else won a competition he intentionally lost is stronger values? If Dexter hadn't taken what he did, Charlie or the twins would've won instead. Would Sam be muttering under his breath about them, too? With the only difference being, Charlie and the twins wouldn't call him out for bitching?
