Lol @ the thought of me in a gym!!
 I'm talking about a home workout.. A jump about in front of the telly! It is really hard going though. Josy I can barely move today after 2 days if the 30DC!! Would it maybe help a bit just to give it a try? I can't unbend my arms and walking up and down the stairs in interesting!
