Not all women have to act like Charlotte, it's a personal preference and it doesn't matter either way. The problem is when people are judged for acting the way Charlotte does (especially when men are celebrated for the same behaviour) and berated for doing so, when really...you know...live and let live and all that.
Also 'chav' is a (damaging and mightily overinclusive might I add) stereotype just so you know.
1) She's paid to run her mouth about it on a scripted reality TV show and play a character, she will have felt the need to live up to parts of that 'character' on this show too. It's exaggerated
2) Openness shouldn't always be confused with attention seeking, in fact it should be embraced sometimes
