Starter - Pan seared scallops with bacon and spinach accompanied with a relevant white wine.
Lemon sorbet to cleanse... Main - Kobe beef served with potatoes au gratin and seasonal vegetables accompanied by a rich red wine. Dessert - Blackcurrant cheese cake. A selection of cheese and biscuits to finish. For entertainment, I would get everyone bladdered and have a huge piñata.
