I've no idea, see a Doctor. I'm talking from personal experience. I'm a disabled man, in my 20s I pulled women who by looks would be totally out of my league and if I wanted to I could do it now. Focusing on your own looks saying to yourself i'm to fat, i'm to thin blah blah blah is the problem a lot of men have. Women like men with confidence, regardless of how you look.
