Not really, but I was a bit disappointed a week or two ago when nobody was applying for ICB and I was considering jacking it all in together.
I think there're too many members unwilling to do things for the benefit of the forum at the moment... we've lost quite a few members who were willing to run games due to various scandals (Mollie) or a seeming loss of interest in the site (Locke/Novo). Obviously there're still plenty of members putting the effort in but I find it a bit of a kick in the teeth when people complain about how dead the forum is and then don't make threads or posts. But then it is hard to care about a forum that even the owner doesn't care about, or hasn't shown any signs of caring about for well over a year.
