One Directions xfactor was prerecorded on the weekend. They were pictured in the xfactor studios (some of them did selfies with Sam Callahan and Luke).
Celine Dion's performance was too prerecorded, I was in the studios when it was recorded with a full audience just for the show.

He started it with Flack, then the Us megastAr Taylor Swift who was unknown outside of Us, then he "dated " some "it socialite from Made in Chelsea, then was up and coming model called Cara Delevigne. Well orchestrated romances. |

Beyonce, Rihanna, Perry, Gaga et al were all way way way bigger and more well known outside Us. I remember her appearing on BBC Breakfast in a poor slot and small tv shows to promote that song about "romeo and Juliet" that would never happen now.
