The fact that we were told that they were to be handcuffed 24/7 and were shown them being handcuffed with an approximately 6" chain presupposes that we are to believe what they tell us.

It implies that they will wear these 6" handcuffs 24/7 meaning that the men are unable to remove their jackets and that they will be handcuffed together in bed and in the shower, or is that stretching the truth?
