If you think back I said when he went in I hated him,but would give him the benefit of the doubt,which I did, the Frank Carson thing proved to me to stick to your initial judgement because its very rare its wrong ,its not liked I didnt like him from the start,I gave him a chance,Im not sure but think I even joined fan club, but his treatment against Linda just proved to me what an utter arse he is

I really don't get this, who cares if it's an old joke that most people have never heard before in their life, Jim still told a disturbing joke and it doesn't mean that people have to go off Jim for it but acknowledging that it was wrong is not exactly that much to ask because if Dappy, Luisa, or Lee had have said those things I bet everyone would've been going berserk, even these same people that are saying it's just an old joke.

So then you gave him a chance as you say even though you knew about his past and it never bothered you enough to 'not give him a chance' but now you dislike him again you bring his past up at every opportunity.

My point still stands, you can't have found his past that disgusting (to the point where you post you physically feel sick) if you were willing to give him a chance in the first place..

He didn't even need to get proved innocent as he was never charged with anything & never went to court...

What I'm trying to say is that Chuff just states an opinion on Jim based on what I've saw, admittedly if she has gone for Jim's Son then that's a low blow as his not even a contestant on the show so I don't think that he deserves attack unless he attacks the fans of the show.

It's not just on here though Galah, someone called him a "kiddy fiddler" on FB a couple of weeks ago, I personally find it disgusting and I think that's the lowest and desperate any Jim hater can go imo.

I wasn't attacking The Truth's opinion though, I know Chuff was and I don't really agree with it because imo Linda did behave quite psychotic in the house.

Well the only thing I knew about his case before he went on BB was that he was arrested by the Jimmy Saville Police and was cleared of charges.

That is unfortunately because he was originally arrested by the yewtree Saville team,which Jim was furious about as the allegations against Jim were not from those who were underage at the time they were inferring the allegations took place.

It is a reason too why Jim and his lawyers did their own investigations too as well as the police and in the end none of the allegations could be brought to court.
That is likely why the awful FB sites have some insinuating that he was involved in underage sexual allegations because of the Saville team being the arresting officers.

For me,just my opinion, I fail to see how it can be that any justifiable inferences as to Jim now on this issue can be raised, since no matter who the arresting team were and no matter who the people were making allegations against him, not one of them had the substance for any action to be taken.

Jim has no charges to answer as to this in the eyes of the law after over a year of investigations into him and the allegations.
There is nothing to charge Jim with and much more to the point nothing to investigate him further for now either,hence all the bail restrictons finished with too.

I thank all powers that be, that these things are decided by the Police and the CPS and not have kangaroo court like activities inferring someone has commited crimes when the law has by its action, made known there are no allegations now and more importantly also certainly no charges for Jim to answer to 'at all,not a single one even'.
