Unfortunately some parents can't say no to their little darlings, you would have to have lived as a monk not to know that there is a vast difference between how she performed as Hannah Montanta and Miley Cyrus she is 21 not 14 any more, given the controversy around her it was always unlikely Miley's aptly named tour was going to be clean cut, so basically don't take pre teens and if you do don't complain!
