That is a believable theory, targeting Katy would make sense since she is Owen's daughter.

Not really. They plan stories six months+ in advance so they won't know what the others are doing.

Not to mention are any soap plots at all original anymore, it's hardly copying, more a lack of ideas.

I think it's sad that Michelle Keegan's leaving, Tina's a great character, she could have carried on in that role for a long time if she'd wanted, it's always sad when they kill characters off like that 'cause it (obviously) closes the door. I can understand actors and actresses wanting to move on to other things for a while and then returning to the role if they'll have them, but to just kill them off is just like... oh. That way it gets rid of another character too (whoever murdered them) so it's a bit of a shame. It'd be interesting if they killed her off and it was just a totally random murder, nobody knew who did it and eventually someone's brought to justice for it but the real focus of her murder is on how everyone else reacts to it.

Suprised that Corrie have actually managed to keep this secret. I think that this is actually a whodunnit until the storyline airs, meaning, we'll likely see the murder and murderer on screen.

Yep, apparently they've been filming scenes of the murderer disposing of the weapon and they had the whole set covered over so we couldn't see who was on set.

Aye, glad its not going to be a full on whodunnit, especially with EastEnders doing theirs, generally Whodunnits end up being a bit obvious and boring (Who Killed Tom King, Who Killed Frank Foster)
