That last sentence is a complete contradiction. You can't be a 'radical liberal' and have a 'straight jacket of made up rules'. Liberalism (in its social form) is about being open minded, tolerant, believing that the paradigms of the world are liable to change, freedom etc etc the list goes on. There is no solid set of rules within liberal thinking. Make up your mind

Sexuality is a spectrum and various people fall on different places along the line. It is not a black and white issue (i.e. you're either straight/gay/bi), on that I will agree, there are numerous differences and sliding scales involved that revolve around physical, social and sexual attraction that make sexuality such a complex enigma that differs from person to person. But that does not mean it is a choice or something that's interchangeable.

If you are attracted to men and marry a woman, that doesn't make you straight as you've tried to argue on here before. That means you've been brought up in an environment where you fear coming out. If you're a heterosexual woman and decide to have sex with a woman just 'to try it' because you live by the mantra of 'don't knock it until you've tried it', that means you're experimenting. This doesn't change your sexuality...in some cases those people experimenting may realise they actually quite enjoy it and that perhaps they were bisexual all along, but that doesn't mean they've just changed their sexuality, as if it's a tangible thing. That just means they hadn't discovered themselves before.

But for most experimentation is literally just that. If some straight man wasn't attracted to fat women but decided to sleep with one just to see what it's like, that's called experimentation. It's trying something you wouldn't normally do just to see what it's like. That doesn't change your sexuality, nor does it make it a choice.
