Popeye - Absolutely reeks the place out so all the kids run past him holding their noses, when he goes into any of the shops they have to spray lots of air freshener when he leaves.
Ginger Bottles - Think he has some mental problems and he goes around looking for ginger bottles (glass juice/pop bottles) every day to spend in the shop.
Tommy toot toot - Just a normal guy really but the kids chap his door and runaway or throw things at his window then he chases them in his car beeping the horn, hence the name Tommy Toot Toot
Sady Glenn - Old alcoholic woman that walks around the main street looking in the bins and chasing the kids.
