I wouldn't say the mods as a whole ( I'm including Josy admin as well) are in decline in terms of posting, Eoin and Marc have yes, cos they've got it all going on irl and they are missed, that's not to say the others haven't got 'stuff'.

Vicky's got Skye, but I still notice her around quite a bit, Josy's in and out when she can, MTVN and Nathan are online plenty, same for Dezzy. And Niamh's not around any less that I've noticed.

Maybe a couple of new mods could be added into the mix, that's up to the powers that be though, if it's not broke don't fix it I say.

I know there are a few that think I was very bolshy and abrupt on here last night, I was indeed, fair comment, but I was at the end of my patience. I think the forum as a whole (talking dynamics) is quite relaxed at the moment, feuds have ended, ML has created it's usual feel good vibe as well, I only caught up on it after the event as I was out and about but it was great - haven't read it through fully from start to finish yet.

Anyway where was I, yes well as the saying goes, you can't please all the people all the time, that's where I've gone wrong in the past, been a massive people pleaser, but it doesn't work, cos it's not sincere when you're suppressing what you really feel just to get on with everyone. Thing is though I DO want to get on with everyone, whether they like each other or not, and that's what I was trying to say last night...... (Steals Ammi's ellipses) but it's IMPOSSIBLE!

I'm not perfect (this time last year I went through a bad time and was a complete arse but that was then and this is now) and I've had a bitch (prefer to call it venting) about people on here of course I have but that's the best way to let things go and move on, next time they talk to me I'll most likely be fine with them. Least said soonest mended.

There's barely anyone I dislike on here, even people I've had conflict with, there's only 2, we won't go there, I try not to take any notice of them anymore. I think it's just personality clash cos others seem to like them well enough so they must have good points. In fact they do, I actually like some of their posts, can't say they've never made me laugh, so who knows, we might be bezzie mates one day

I hope none of this gets removed because I'm trying to express myself honestly and fairly.

So in a nutshell, I've realised that trying to be friends with everyone won't work, and recently I've naturally gravitated towards the people I feel most comfortable with, the Loungers but I still want to maintain all the friendships I've already got and not 'throw people under a bus' if anyone feels I've done that to them then please tell me, pm me at any time, whether I'm around on the forum or not. I'll reply ASAP. I always do.

Well I'm one of those 2 people you're talking about. Before you came back, I said I would ignore you and have absolutely nothing to do with you. I kept my absolute word (As the mods can attest to), despite a ******load of you trying to interject yourself into my business, and continually reporting me over absolute nonsense just to try and get me into trouble (as the mods will know).

That said, I will happily continue to ignore you, but I have no idea how you think this post is going to explain anything to anyone, and I also have no idea why you made such a point about mentioning the 2 people you dislike and ignore at all.

You must know who you have strained relationships with these days, and writing it in this thread as opposed to talking to them directly smacks of attention seeking and insincerity.

I haven't been involved in the arguments in this thread, so have no idea what came before.

I'm not looking to get in to a discussion/argument about anything, but if I have a problem with someone that I want to fix, I'll try and fix it with them privately, not in view of the forum for attention.

Well,this is true,we had our differences which were sorted out calmly by PM,I now regard Jesus as someone I like,who'de ever have thunk it,things can be sorted in an adult way

i have not notice the Dynamics changes but it would be boring if every thing say the same so let go forward and fave fun no fights well made be a couple of fights as there are entertaining and it means that the ban list is a useful part of the forum

the main thing is to have fun and try and get on with everybody if you're not enjoying it take a short break

Personally for me with everything that's happened in the last year or so I don't feel like there's been a dynamic change, I've just learnt how to cope and deal with certain things differently.

Hopefully none of it will get deleted, I've no problem with any of you voicing your opinions openly so long as it's not offensive and if I have anything to say in response I'll say it. It would be 100% better by pm but I've tried that and I just get completely ignored, no response whatsoever (in some cases) for anyone neutral ie the majority of forum members who may read this I've tried to resolve stuff one to one, and I'm not doing it anymore, I cba. I've enough friends on here, I'd like to be friends with everyone but if people don't want to then fine. Whatever.

Well no, you didn't keep your word, according to sources, but they could just be **** stirring tbf to you for all I know so I've done nothing about it, I cba - I'm not gonna argue with you. Mods don't have eyes in their arses, that's all I say. They do the best job they can but there's no way they can see everything. Wouldn't expect it. I have nothing to say to you, I do not like you, you do not like me, as you said if you ignore me and I ignore you there'll be no problem. You'll notice I stressed that I do see that others like you and I've found you amusing at times, but haven't said anything in response to that part of my post. I didn't just go at you slagging you off, I think my post was honest and reasonably explained.

There'll be no fighting or arguing where I'm concerned but neither will I not voice my feelings if I have something to say. I'll try to do it respectfully, like Glenn I've learned a lot and changed a lot recently. Credit to us both I'd say
