I don't think she was even bothered about the girl power thing, she's scared she's going to be isolated by the girls IMO I know it's an assumption but I'm going by what Helen said herself on the HL's, she knows if Ashleigh and Danielle had a chance they would have Jale and Kim with them in the pod and have her sitting alone and I think it's true.

Also Steven and Kim looked so worried because Helen made a snidey remark about Kim, they are hardly scared of being close when she's not there, they go off into a quiet area alone at night and spend their time whispering and cuddling according to the twitter feed, not that we are ever shown though.

I just can't have any sympathy for her though after the way she was towards some of the girls when she had Tamara, Pauline and Toya (before she switched sides) in her crew. She's only bothered now because all the girls she invested in are gone and the ones she liked to pick on and ostracize are the only ones left. It was all her own doing and I can't feel sorry for her now because she wouldn't give a damn about Jale if she hadn't been warned and her group of girls were still there.
