She deliberately ostracized Jale.
Jale and Kim were just having some time together. They aren't whispering and laughing about her while she sits alone within earshot, or calling her a slug and picking on her and mocking her. It's laughable that anyone could feel sorry for Helen because the girls had a bath and a chat without her.

She wasn't even on her own - she always sits with the boys and doesn't bother that much with the girls normally anyway.
