Ashleigh isn't one of them IMO.
Ashleigh singled herself out and distanced herself from the rest of the group that was her choosing no one elses.
She came up with the plan to try getting another person out of the house and gloated about it in the DR, that's when she got the bad reaction again her own doing.
All she had 'flung' at her was the séance thing and her DR conversation and plan being revealed and then Helen and Kim calling her out on it afterward.
So yes I disagree that she is one of the housemates with a lot thrown at them
