I disagree with you entirely. When we judge how mature a person is we must take into consideration how old that person is obviously.
We are impressed by people who write symphonies. We are even more impressed by Mozart writing symphonies at the age of 9.
Why people think age doesn't come into how we judge people is beyond me.
