I do have to say, Helen's "hard life" story is an absolute joke. She had a very comfortable childhood - maybe her parents weren't brilliant, probably not by the sounds of it, but come on... That's hardly unusual. The world is packed full of crappy parents.

Helen hasn't had a hard life - she's made bad decisions... And that is something completely different.
