If your idea of bullying comes from Helen uncovering what a bitch Ashleigh was and brought into the open how bitchy the little cow was with Daniel, chris and anyone else willing to listen, then I guess you are right.
My take on it was that they are both as bad as each other but in different ways. Helen up front and over the top with verbal rhetoric, *******igh behind their backs with Vitriolic profanities and at times made up lies.
