I think the message is what is important and if through wearing them this other issue has been brought to light too then all the better.
The only reason David Cameron wouldn't wear one is likely because he doesn't believe in the cause.
He is however always happy to be seen supporting anything as to The Sun,that is far more worrying for me than Miliband, Harman and Clegg sporting T shirts in this cause.
