tbh I have some teachers at my school who are muslim and they don't feel the need to wear one.. I think a hijab is fine however a burkha is questionable.

Yep, hijab or dupatta no problem, the face is still visible.

I know alot of teachers who wear a hijab, no problem with it at all.
