This, and feels like people are often too keen to excuse violence against a woman by saying "she probably deserved it"/"no one would care if it was a man"/"this is the result of equality" etc. etc.

I'm sure she was being annoying, but I would always have concerns about a guy who can flippantly throw a woman to the ground and punch them in the face like that. I mean, whether its a woman or a man, to punch them full on in the face when they're sprawled on the ground defenceless is pretty low
