So when things are bad, don't complain because some people have it worse? When you've not eaten for three days, don't dare say a word because others haven't eaten for over a week? Oh and if you break your leg - don't you let me hear you cry out in pain... some people have broken necks and will never walk again. Wipe those tears and shut your whining mouth. Right?
Sounds like a very quick race to the bottom to me. Although of course, it's an attitude that the people in power in Britain absolutely LOVES to hear from people. Keeps 'em quiet and docile.
