I don't like Chloe but she most definitely wasn't to blame. Jeremy should not have touched her robe, but i do think Chloe's reaction was very dramatic/OTT. I've never been in her situation so i haven't a clue how i'd react if someone exposed my boob but i hope i wouldn't make that much of a fuss

Saying that though, she did seem genuinely upset.
